outside the 14 day return policy (I had the phone for 20 days) Best Buy would not exchange it and the employee refused to help me obtain the phone number stating it was now “my issue”
A:AnswerIt's a pre-owned phone restored to factory settings and ready to use with your sim card. Mine works great and almost couldn't tell it had been used before. The only downside (being previously used) is that the battery life is a little degraded. Mine is at 84%, but works just fine for me.

But the tech used a data transfer app and not only did all her apps and photos transfer but she can also stay with Verizon.
