• It's a pre-owned phone restored to factory settings and ready to use with your sim card. Mine works great and almost couldn't tell it had been used before. The only downside (being previously used) is that the battery life is a little degraded. Mine is at 84%, but works just fine for me.

• I bought this phone for my daughter and it works great. The only issue we have is the battery life is not as long as we would like but she just carries a portable charger with her and that helps
