• A:Answer My used iPhone SE did not have earphones but did have a (non-Apple) charger and cord. Unlocked GSM phones will work with AT&T and T-mobile, but Sprint, Verizon, and US Cellular require a CDMA phone.

• A:Answer Greatly doubt it. There was no statement about a new battery. Must assume they would have listed a new battery if they spent time and cost to do it. Also these were not designed for civilians to do battery replacement.

• A:Answer According to Best Buy Sales (contacted via phone) there is no warranty, and you cannot buy a warranty from Best Buy. You have 14 days to return, but you have to pay a $35 restocking fee (as of 08/02/2019), if you do.

• A:Answer The one I bought wasn't tested because it was listed as great condition but kept rebooting itself every time I tried to use it. The phones come from a company called JEG AND SONS, a simple google search might reveal the truth about these phones and the company who sells them. I was lucky enough to catch it on day one and sent it back to BB for a refund. Total waste of time!
