I bought one and it turned out to not be unlocked. Best Buy will not do anything to unlock, only offers a refund. Proceed with caution.

These phones will most likely not be compatible to European networks. If you want a truly European compatible phone you will need to buy a brand new universally unlocked and Sim free iPhone directly from Apple or from an Apple retail location in your country of origin.
