• According to Best Buy Sales (contacted via phone) there is no warranty, and you cannot buy a warranty from Best Buy. You have 14 days to return, but you have to pay a $35 restocking fee (as of 08/02/2019), if you do.

• No, it does not come with a warranty.

• 14 days return policy with Re-Stocking fee regardless of if it is defective or not. Please don't buy Motorola phones, the quality has really declined.
