• My used iPhone SE did not have earphones but did have a (non-Apple) charger and cord. Unlocked GSM phones will work with AT&T and T-mobile, but Sprint, Verizon, and US Cellular require a CDMA phone.

• No, you typically only get the phone as a referral refurbished unit and I use that term loosely as well as a charger. Nine times out of 10 Best Buy refurbished/used phones are only unlocked for GSM networks like AT&T and T-Mobile. If you want to truly universally unlocked Sim free phones you’ll have to buy that new from Apple or refurbished certified from Apple
