Q: QuestionWhen I bought the space gray phone it came with a 6 month subscription to AppleMusic and AppleTV and in the app it said that the subscription have to be activated,but later when I tried to for some reason it doesn’t show or pop up anymore, what happened?

• A:Answer The one I purchased came with 100% health and basically almost new condition with accept of a couple of light scratches on the screen , which really can’t be seen unless strong light/glare is on the screen.

• A:Answer If you bought it without quality problems, then you are very lucky. If you are not lucky, the mobile phone has quality problems, then you will have a hard time getting your money back, even within 14 days after purchase. Don't think that this is the bestbuy's website, there is protection. Bestbuy's staff said that this product has nothing to do with them. I really don't know that this product is bought online at bestbuy. Bestbuy does not make money. Now it says it has nothing to do with them. I am the unfortunate person. I have searched many times and I am too disappointed with bestbuy.
