what is the condition of this phone? null

The phone looks true to the picture as far as the siding and back. The screen display is dull instead of the vibrant colors that iPhones are known for having. The battery dies faster than my previous iPhone XS Max 64GB and the phone starts to overheat after consistent usage.

Looking at it you would swear it’s new.
