Q: Questioni purchased this laptop last may 26, 2012 and just found out that it's a pre owned. i tried to upgrade the hard drive and it won't let me go into the recovery mode due to firmware password that i did not set up. what are the ways for me to address this?

• A:Answer Mine is a 2012 but don't let that put you off.when mine came I was expecting it to show a lot of wear but actually it looks like brand new. I just can't believe how good it does look. Not a mark on it.
