- Answer Sadly, 2011. I was almost positive I looked for 2012 and found that, but I can't find it now. 2011 will not upgrade to Mojave and 2012 would have which is why I looked. I should have been more diligent apparently.

QuestionCan the memory be upgraded? If so, to what amount of RAM? Plus how hard is it to DIY for upgrading the memory and replacing the drive with an SSD? And if you upgrade to an SSD can you then upgrade to Mojave OS 10.14? If not, what is the limiting factor?
