    • Answer Yes, it has Screen Mirroring. I believe you need to be on the same WiFi signal. Screen Mirroring can sometimes be a little tricky.

    • Answer I'm currently using a 12.9 iPad Pro and I love how big it is for a drawing tablet but I think it's a little over powered just for drawing. If you can get a smaller iPad and it has Apple Pencil support any of them would do it really just depends on how big they want the screen to be.

    • Answer Not for the iPad, a lot of the Apps are subscription based and there is WiFi and/or Cellular as well.
