Yes, this will increase speeds greatly. Comcast speed was 50mps without it & 175mps with it for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i install for hughes and that speed is way below what it should be. call hughes and let them know. on the old system, 5-8mbps was average. there is an updated version of hughes that can do 30-50mbps that would be best for streaming. even when you hit the data limit, you can stream 3mbps unlimited. but to answer your main question, this most likely won't speed it up as its the signal of the dish that needs to be adjusted
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yep. It should give you whatever hard wired internet speed you currently have from your ISP
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will always be faster than using the Wi-Fi from your router but, as others said, the fastest speed is limited by your provider. FYI, just switched to Spectrum and speed is between 350-450 Mps/sec.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ck you speeds on the modem sounds like a bad unit go to speed test.com
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your upload and downloads are as stated the issue is Hughes Net and I would suggest you work with them to see if they can resolve the Network issues. I am sure Hughes Net Tech support will want you to remove any Home Networking system and connect directly to their equipment for testing. If they can not help you resolve your speed issue then you are out of luck. If it is found that when you are connected directly to the Hughes equipment the speed issues are resolved then the issued is in your home networking equipment. Since the Home Networking equipment is your, then suggest you find someone, like Best Buy, to help you resolve your home networking issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This adapter will not speed up your internet connection speed. It will only speed up your connection from your laptop to your internet modem. From that point on it is HughesNet Satellites that control the speed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will most likely not see an improvement in the connection speed. Recommend checking your router settings first, most likely this is a result of a slow internet provider, not the equipment.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. The limitation is your ISP, not the type of connection to the computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because you banwidth is limited by your ISP, a cable will not increase the speed beyond what the ISP is bringing in. It would help in transfers from one computer to another computer that are on the same network. If you're suppose to have higher speeds then it might be worth contacting HugesNet.
