• I'm not sure if you mean the apple tv device or Apple TV+ (plus) subscription but It's just a (powerful) device like your phone. You can use anything that is free for free such as YouTube. Or you can pay for Apple Music or Apple TV+ (Plus) like you would for Netflix or Spotify.

• There is no fee to use various apps installed in the Apple TV device. But the AppleTV+ app requires a subscription to watch TV+ content (just like Netflix).

• No there’s no fee to use it but if you get streaming apps such as Apple TV+, Netflix, HBO and Hulu you have to pay
