It's a single device so like any other single device (gaming console, dvd player, etc) you need one for each tv. You can always buy a Splitter and split the signal 3 ways and connect it to your Samsung tv that way if you're using one tv at a time from room to room. I've done it from my receiver via the second hdmi output to another tv if you have an AV receiver that has two HDMI outputs.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Each television needs its own separate Apple TV box. Or You can just download the Apple TV app on your tv IF your Samsung smart tv’s support it like LG smart tv’s do. Then you can just sign into the app directly from your tv.
