• Apple TV only have 1 HDMI output. You can only connect it to one device (TV) at a time.

• Yes, it can be done but you will need an HDMI splitter to connect one Apple TV to multiple TVs. But all the TVs will be receiving the SAME signal not a different signal (channel).
