• Yes you can get the Apple TV+ if you buy from Best Buy as long as you have not had a free Apple TV+ previously

• Yes, you do receive 1 year Apple TV+ automatically upon activation of a new Apple TV box, including this box.

• No, you do not. It clearly says you get a free 6 months of Apple Music and 6 months of Apple News if purchasing on BestBuy. No sign saying 1 year of Apple TV+. That is only on Apple.com.
