• Apple tv and fire sticks are separate devices that work independently of each other. Fire stick has nothing to do with apple tv.

• No Firestick needed. The Apple TV has all you need.

• You don’t need a fire stick. You can download the network/channel’s app to the Apple TV then stream from there. Most will require some sort of cable provider login. If you don’t have a cable login, you won’t be able to watch most of the content. Some of the apps will allow you to watch live tv across all of their “sister” networks. For example, I use the SyFy app to watch other NBCUniversal channels.
