• You can stream purchased stuff over the internet, or from iTunes p/Windows/MacOS, or an iPhone/iPad, but I don’t think it stores stuff locally, I think it pulls if from another local device or the internet.

• Your purchases are attached to your iCloud account. As long as your Apple TV is logged into your iCloud, your purchases will appear on on the Apple TV, or any Apple device that you’re logged into.
