In order to get it to work with NordVPN you could use a router that's encrypted so it could connect to Nord servers. You can do this relatively easy by using an inexpensive router that's encrypted with something like DD-WRT or Open VPN. Asus makes routers with AsusWRT-Merlin that are capable right out of the box. Linksys makes an entire line with "WRT" in the model that can be installed with open source. Netgear also has a site setup where you can download their open source encryption as well. Of these, Asus is the only one that's ready out of the box to do what you need.
