• Yes it does. I have sling Tv. And DAZN where I watch all the boxing matches. It’s a good product.

• Yes. It will work on Non smart tv. Your normal LCD tv will work. As long as you have a hdmi outlet to connect to the back of your tv, because your Apple TV requires a hdmi connection. I don’t know about Sling TV.
