Unfortunately no, the Apple Watch is much like the iPhone in that it is closed off. I believe even if you needed a battery replacement from Apple they would end up just replacing the old device.

If you need to get it replaced, you will need to go somewhere that had the equipment to replace the seal. Though when the battery degrades to that point it may be cheaper to replace the watch.
