A:AnswerThis watch does everything you need as long as phone is nearby. If you want to use as your phone (leave phone at home and use only your watch) then you have to buy the gps plus cellular and add it to your plan
A:AnswerThat depends on what kind of Apple Watch you have. If it’s the gps version all you need is your iPhone and you’re all set to go. If it’s the LTE version you will need to activate it with your carrier.
A:AnswerThe main difference is the display screen quality. Without being a big tech wiz and caring about how one thing looks verses the other that isn’t a big issue. On the regular Apple Watch you can get the Nike features you just can’t get the Nike backgrounds. And the other main difference is the band, the Nike band has air holes to allow your wrist to breath while you wear it but the plain Apple Watch is just a solid band. The Nike watch is just more convenient if you will be working out or moving a lot. But otherwise they are exactly the same.
A:AnswerOnly if you select one of the Nike faces. Right now mine does not display any Nike emblems at all. When I use it with my Speidel band, you would never know it was a Nike watch.
A:AnswerNot sure if you got an answer already, but the watch is connected to the phone via Bluetooth, so if you do not have it within range, you cannot send an SOS signal. You can reference this Apple article about it. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT206983
A:AnswerYes you can, the Nike edition is the same watch but comes with a different band and “bonus” watch faces. All functionality and features you’d expect of an Apple Watch are the same.
A:AnswerThe GPS means that it does not have cellular service. If you purchase the GPS version it works off wifi and bluetooth connection to your phone. If you purchase the cellular version, then yea you would need to get cellular service and if you have Sprint, I would buy a Cellular Apple Watch that is for Sprint. The cellular version allows you to use watch and leave your phone at home and make and receive all communication that you would normally get with your cell phone. Whereas the GPS version needs to be in range of your cell phone to make and receive calls, emails, and other notifications.
A:AnswerIt is water resistant so it would not occur damage if you were in the shower but it’s not meant to have on when you go swimming or in water for an extended period of time.
