Do you always carry your phone? If so, get the GPS one and it will do literally everything that the cellular one does and cost you less. Do you like to go for runs without your phone or work at a job / school where phones are prohibited? Or are you wanting to ensure that the fall detection works even if your phone was out of range? Get the GPS + Cellular. It will cost $100 more for this option and $10 per month through your cellular network provider. The constant talking with towers in the watch will eat the battery substantially faster as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They are the same if you have your iPhone within Bluetooth range. If not you need cellular to make phone calls and text etc

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What's the difference between having just the GPS and having the GPS with the Cellular ? One does not need a phone bluetoothed to it to receive data. Cheaper and no data contract with your cellular provider. What can I NOT do if I just got the Apple Watch with just the GPS ? You need your phone within range bluetooth to receive date when not in a known wifi network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can not insert sim card in it and can't use as phone.
