• No, it comes pre programmed on the watch. When you set it up with your phone it will store that information in the Health app on your iPhone.

• No. You can view the results directly on the watch. If you have an iPhone, simply pair the watch with the phone and all of the heart monitoring and health data will be stored and accessible from the Apple health application.
