• WatchOS 7 requires iPhone 6s or later running iOS 14 or later. WatchOS 7 is available for Apple Watch Series 3 and later

• Yes, it should work with just about any phone that runs iOS 14. Considering it works on my iPhone 8 Plus, it should work with your iPhone 10.
