This watch I can’t pairing with my iPhone 12? null

Ramon I have an I Phone 12, also and the phone and the watch just automatically connected. On my I Phone, in the App Library, the symbol for the watch shows up under recently added. If that doesn't fix the problem, go back to Best Buy and they have excellent Techs who could fix the problem for you. Hope this helps! Colin
