I have seen motion settings in the watches in general settings section. Also have seen options for wheelchair assistance movement. Just because I did not see it yet does not mean it is not an option. Great question! I would reach out to the Best Bye Pros or Apple Pros for that info! Do know if you by chance or completely by mistake hold down the dial of the watch it starts the SOS alarm. This will inevitably contact your emergency contact* or local emergency response team. Hopefully it’s by mistake and your able to catch it before that happens.
