• Eh you could but you will need an iPhone to set it up first. But I don’t recommend buying it without having an iPhone.

• For Time only yes, but the other app it needs each other to make it work. Like heartbeat there’s a sensor pick up from your watch that recollects Data that’s needed by the app that gives the right information for you to absorve. The first generation iwatch needs each other most of the time.
