• A:Answer I think there may be some measurement advice on the Apple site, but I have a 6.75” or so wrist and got the Sport band in M/L for the 42mm watch and the fit hole that I am using is pretty right in the middle (either fit hoke #3 or #4 out of 7 depending on the day.
