Can I use the sims card from my old watch. null

Short answer is no, especially if the device you are getting has what they call an electronic SIM card (ESIM). Most devices are no longer using a physical SIM card. If you have an older device say 4 or 5 years old, then yes you might be able to trade/swap sim cards. All this is dependent upon the carrier you use and wether or not they will let you use a physical SIM card from another device or carrier. With technology advancing as quickly as it is, it's becoming more difficult for manufactures to maintain any length of backward compatibility.
