Q: QuestionAre you able to text and call without a monthly cellular charge? Also, is there a return policy if not the correct one?

• A:Answer GPS only watch can text and call as long as your phone is in range of the Bluetooth. If you want it to be able to take calls and texts without the phone in range, you will have to purchase the cellular iWatch which requires a monthly charge to your cell phone provider.
