QuestionThe band on the 3series watch can I get a band that is M/L size instead of the band that came with it. I would like to purchase one but not sure how you go by getting the right size for my wrist.

- Answer The series 3 comes with two sizes of bands. If your wrist is on the large side, just get the 42mm. It’s a good half inch longer in the long band than the 38mm. My wrists are large, and I bought the 38mm series 3 for my wife. The long band barely (and tightly) fit my wrist, but the 42mm long band fits comfortably in the second from last position. Also there are innumerable custom Series 3 bands on Best Buy or Amazon that will fit literally any wrist size from third party vendors.

- Answer Yes they are water proof to a certain depth and there is a very cool feature that pushes the water out of the device once it has been submerged! I hope that this answered your question!

- Answer No, if you want the watch with cellular service then you will need to buy the watch that reads GPS + Cellular.

- Answer The cellular Apple Watch option (priced $100 above the GPS model) requires a line access fee of $10-$20 thru your service provider (at&t in this case is an additional $10/month). If you did NOT purchase cellular and activate with AT&T, there is no added cost. Hope this helps!

- Answer You will be able to respond to messages as long as you are within Bluetooth range. However, if you are somewhere with WiFi and your phone is connected to that network your watch will still be able to function as long as your within the range of the WiFi network.

- Answer It depends on how often you bang into things, drop it, etc. is your dog really that slobbery? I don’t think that will be an issue. You can find screen protectors VERY cheaply on various sites that will give you piece of mind and prevent scratches.

- Answer When the phone is on WiFi it should send all notifications directly to the watch even without traditional cellular service. All other functions like health data and and GPS should work fine but you should check to see if the apps used to text or call have an Apple Watch app. If they have an watch app there should be no issues, if they do not then the watch may not be able to send or receive calls/texts but it will still alert you when a notification arrives.

- Answer I live in a one bedroom apt. and the text/call feature will work if the phone is in another room. However, if I leave the phone at home while I'm out, those features won't respond. I believe that as long as the phone is connected to the same blutooth/wifi connection, you will be able to use both features.
