A:Answer Bestbuy has just started a trade-in program for Series 1 and series 2 apple watches toward the purcahse of a new series 3 watch. Old watch has to be functional, with no cracks on the face, in good condition, fully charged. Trade in is valued up to $70 toward a series 3. Trade-ins are done in-store only. It does say on the ad that not every store does the trade-ins. You get a $50 gift card, then a receipt with an additional $20 code printed on it. The receipt is scanned when buying a new watch.
