Yes, you only pay $20.00 a month until it is paid off. Keep in mind that you will also pay for the cell service for the watch if you get that particular model.Then you only pay the activation fee at the time of purchase. The price varies according to your wireless provider. I hope that helps. If you get the Apple Watch protection that is an additional fee as well.
