You’ll have to ask your carrier and see . Does the sprint store sell the watches at all ? And if they do you can most likely get a plan. I started with ATT and the cellular line was $10 extra a month . It will be added to your monthly bill. I am with T-Mobile now and it’s a better situation there for phone watch data etc. T-Mobile will definitely be the best choice if you choose to buy the watch and get cellular. Good luck search around and get your best deal
