If you can hear others around you can hear. It's a speaker.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Possibly if you are in a very quiet place. I think it works best in a place like a store where there is background noise and you hold watch to ear. If too much background noise you won’t hear the caller. If you want to assure privacy and it’s a quiet place, better use earphones.
