“Does the GPS + Cellular watch work without a cellular connection. i.e.: Could I add the cellular later?”

• I'd say yes...When I purchased mine, it asked me to set up a wireless connection and I chose to wait for later. I could then set it up in the Watch App on the phone, but until then, it functioned as a regular Bluetooth/GPS watch.

• Yes, it's not something that has to be done at all. I use mine with WiFi and never use Cellular.
