• With the GPS plus cellular, you don't need to be in range of your phone to have it work fully (such as receiving texts, phone calls, etc.)

• The cellular watch does not need your cell phone within a certain distance to use it while answering calls and texts and etc. The other one needs to be in close range of your phone or Wi-Fi that your phone is connected to you to work fully with phone calls and text to receive messages etc.

• The GPS models require being paired with a phone and use WiFi, whereas the +cellular model has it's own cellular features like calling and data.
