• Apple Watch Series 4 only tracked heart rate and can perform an ECG with an app. It does not monitor heart attacks or seizures. It does, however, have fall detection, which could be helpful in such events. The watch will call 911 if fall detection is activated, you fall suddenly, and do not turn off the fall detection notification within one minute.

• I don't believe it can track seizures but if a person having a seizure it could contact emergency services.
