The series 4 has a slimmer body and comes in larger screen sizes. The processor in the series 4 is also faster than that of the series 3. The series 3 has a more square watch display than the series 4, which is more edge to edge display (not completely but the edges are rounded versus square). The series 4 also features a EKG feature and haptic feedback on the Digital Crown, so when scrolling with it, you “feel” a sort of ticking while you scroll.
