• The sportier band with the holes. I think their may also be a Nike Watch face. But that’s all

• Difference between them is that the Nike version gives you the Nike app you can add to your phone for when you go out for a run and you get some different watch bands and some watch faces exclusive to Nike

• The band on the Nike has large holes for ventilation.
