Please try again later.I cannot answer all the specifics, but I do know that choosing “gps + cellular” does not obligate anyone to a cellular contract expense unless they choose to activate the cellular plan on their watch. If so, there is an additional cellular monthly rate added to the existing plan. I do know that you must use the same carrier as you have now. I have this watch, but I have not activated the cellular feature. I just know that I can do so in the future if I so choose. I hope this helps.
