Can I purchase this watch without the cellular? null

The Stainless Steel only comes with the cellular option. You do not need to activate the cellular portion if you do not want to, but there is not option to purchase without at least the capability.

Yes you can, but most carriers only charge $10 per month for service on the cellular models and it’s worth it in my opinion.
