Can I put data to my watch though another company null

If you got the gps. It runs like bluetooth. If you need to use it like a water park. Then I would get the gps plus cellular. That way it can reach further. That way you can leave your phone in a car or the lockers. My daughter has boost mobile service, as long as it is an apple watch it will work.
