“What does Unlocked mean? Am I able to purchase this watch and connect it to any cellular company? Ex. AT&T or T-Mobile”

Yes you can, I connected mine with sprint

It means I can use any provider. I use ATT.

Unlocked does mean capable of being connected to any carrier. I purchased these for international customers that connect them to carriers other than the majors. So I don't have an example of these watches being connected to one of the major carriers but that is the intent of unlocked. Hope this helps.
