Your watch is connected to your cell phone. If you have a watch with cellular service, you can accept or decline phone calls using your watch as the call shows up on your watch face. I have not tried to answer a call using my watch, however I think it would work best if you had Bluetooth earbuds that were connected to your watch. There is a microphone and a speaker on your watch, so earbuds are not mandatory. You can simply “talk and listen to your wrist.” For Verizon cellular on the watch, there is a one-time $40 activation fee and $10 per month service fee for the additional device.

However, for billing purposes the company will give you a new number. Your watch will receive calls just like your iPhone (providing you have them on the same plan and with the same carrier).
