I would contact your cell phone provider directly. While Best Buy is really knowledgeable about certain things I believe the phone plans and activating new devices on existing plans is not one of them. I purchased a Watch on November 13th to be added to my existing AT&T plan and instead of adding it they created a whole new plan. So now right before Christmas I have an extra $160 on top of my existing bill. AT&T said that they would credit the amount back to me on the next bill but it is definitely an inconvenience especially when I had The money set aside for Christmas gifts. Save yourself the time and headache and just go directly to the cell phone provider.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well it depends, if you have access to her account then yeah. Just remember both her phone bill and watch bill are in 1 statement not separate.
