- Answer Yes, Apple Watch Series 6 has a water resistance rating of 50 meters under ISO standard 22810:2010. This means that they may be used for shallow-water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean. I would make sure to use a sports band (silicon) for water activities though!

- Answer I haven't activated the watch yet as I purchased it for my daughter who is in college,we actually plan on activating it on Tuesday. As for the answer to your question,im not positive, but I would call the store nearest you and ask.
