• Biking: It does track speed and distance. You may have to change the watch settings to allow it to do so. Swimming: You have to set the pool length so the watch will measure laps and distance. GPS isn't used during a swimming workout, but calories, laps, and distance are tracked.

• Yes- biking and swimming are both workout options that you are able to select from to record your workout.
