Can i change the bands on this watch? null

Yes. I change mine and went with ones from another company.

Yes, you sure can. On the back of the watch there are two pill shaped buttons at both top and bottom. Press and hold those buttons one at a time, as you slide the band either left or right. Hope this helps.
